What we collect
- Contact and billing details you enter at checkout: business name, your name, email address.
- Payment credentials go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — card numbers and bank account details are entered in Stripe-hosted fields and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Records of your subscription: what you agreed to, when, and from which device (IP address, browser), kept as evidence of your authorization.
- Basic server logs for security and troubleshooting.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this checkout.
- We never sell your information.
How we use it
To provide and bill your subscription, send receipts and service notices to your billing email, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
Stripe (payments), our bank (settlement), our accounting system, and service providers strictly as needed to run the service — plus authorities where the law requires.
Retention and your rights
We keep billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires. Ask us anytime what we hold about you, or to correct or delete what we're not required to keep: ar@hellojade.ai.
