Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel
Email ar@hellojade.ai from your billing email with the subject "Cancel" — that's it. We confirm within one business day. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term contract (unless your order states an initial term you agreed to in exchange for a discount).
When it takes effect
- Cancellation is effective at the end of your current paid billing period. Services (including website hosting) continue until then.
- Cancel before your next billing day and you will not be charged again.
- Fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable; we don't prorate partial months.
After cancellation
- With your account paid in full, we provide your website content and reasonable handover help for 30 days.
- Your domain and business content are yours. Hosting on our infrastructure ends on the effective date.
- Any waived setup fee tied to an unfinished initial term becomes payable pro-rata, as stated on your order.
Payment notes
Bank (ACH) debits already in flight when you cancel may still settle; they count toward your final paid period. If a renewal charge is made in error after a valid cancellation, tell us and we will refund it in full.
